Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software solutions from requirements analysis through deployment and production support.
• Provide technical direction and hands-on guidance to engineers as the primary contact for architecture and design decisions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce quality, security, and performance standards.
• Mentor engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing, promoting AI/automation to improve productivity.
• Coordinate development and QA across distributed teams with clear communication and documented decisions.
• Support provisioning, database provisioning/migration, and self-service capabilities while driving CI/CD improvements.
