Elevate Technology Group seeks a Cloud Systems Engineer to design and manage cloud-native AWS environments in a hands-on role. You will work across Linux infrastructure, automation, scripting and containerization from Fairfax, VA or Denver, CO, with a Top Secret or higher clearance.

The position is fully onsite and offers strong compensation and benefits. Responsibilities include building AWS infrastructure, configuring EC2/VPC, managing Linux tasks, and developing automation scripts.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on AWS experience.
• Experience building AWS infrastructure, not just supporting existing environments.
• Strong Linux knowledge.
• Scripting experience in Bash, Python or similar.
• Kubernetes experience highly preferred.
• Docker/containerization experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cloud-native environments within AWS.
• Build and configure AWS services including EC2, VPC and related infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot Linux environments.
• Develop scripts and automate repetitive infrastructure tasks.
• Support automated OS and cloud infrastructure deployments.
