Job summary

Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking a Systems Analyst to support and optimize on-prem, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions. You will coordinate with vendors, manage upgrades, and ensure security and compatibility with business needs. You will develop technical documentation and provide end-user training.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of SaaS/IaaS/PaaS experience, with strong communication and project-management skills. On-site work in Columbus, GA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; one to three years supporting SaaS/IaaS/PaaS or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for on-prem, SaaS, IaaS and PaaS applications, ensuring reliability and user satisfaction.
• Act as liaison with third-party vendors for support, issues, and enhancement requests.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and releases for cloud-based and enterprise applications.
• Consult with General Government units to evaluate requests and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
• Configure and administer supported applications to meet security requirements.
• Monitor SLAs and ensure vendors meet contractual obligations.
• Manage small to medium technology projects, including implementations and migrations.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and end-user training materials.
• Produce reports and dashboards to assist IT leadership with decision-making.
