Qualifications

• Four-year degree in computer science, information technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots server and network issues with minimal downtime.
• Plans and implements upgrades, patches, and new applications/equipment.
• Writes basic scripts to automate processes.
• Maintains disaster recovery, security, backup, and restore plans.
• Evaluates new tools/equipment; performs feasibility studies for optimization.
• Provides advanced technical support to junior admins and staff.
• Analyzes performance; provides design changes, cost estimates, and specs.
• Documents network configurations, changes and updates.
• Performs other tasks and special projects.
