Job summary

Lentech Inc. is seeking a skilled engineer to vet and onboard DIB partners, administering Linux systems, containers, and cloud tooling. You will manage secure network services and contribute to distributed storage and messaging frameworks across large Hadoop clusters.

The role requires TS/SCI with FSP, 5+ years of experience, and hands-on work with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, Terraform, and CloudFormation. On-site duties in Laurel, MS are expected.

Responsibilities

• Vet and onboard DIB companies with CCC Partnerships Team offerings.
• Perform Linux tasks: SSH, software installs, system status checks.
• Work with distributed storage networks and messaging frameworks.
• Maintain secure networks with PKI/IPSEC/VPN.
• Analyze data flows and traffic for analytical requirements.
• Support Hadoop clusters and NoSQL deployments.

Description :

• This team helps vet and onboard DIB companies with the variety of services the CCC Partnerships Team offers.
• Perform basic Linux tasks to include SSH to remotely connect to a linux machine, install software in linux (RPM, YUM), understand docker, kubernetes, traefik etc and gather status from linux machines.
• Technical experience and knowledge of peer-to-peer distributed storage networks, peer-to-peer routing and application messaging frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience provisioning and sustaining network infrastructures and have experience developing, operating, and managing networks required to operate in a secure PKI, IPSEC, or VPN enabled environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of analytical needs and requirements, query syntax, data flows, and traffic manipulation.
• Demonstrated work experience with the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS).
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of OpenSource (NoSQL) products that support highly distributed, massively parallel computation needs such as Hbase, Accumulo, Big Table, etc.

  Education :
• Hadoop/Cloud System Administration Certification with five (5) years of experience managing and monitoring large Hadoop clusters (>200 nodes).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional experience on projects with similar requirements may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Salary range:
  $140,063.00 $149,582.00
