Job Title: Cloud Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to clients, addressing cloud-related inquiries, issues, and incidents.
2. Collaborate with customers to understand their cloud architecture, troubleshoot problems, and offer effective solutions.
3. Develop and maintain scripts and code in Java to automate tasks and improve system performance.
4. Utilize Azure services to design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions tailored to client needs.
5. Assist in deploying, configuring, and managing cloud resources, ensuring security and performance.
6. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve services.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to cloud computing, Azure, and Terraform.
8. Document support processes and solutions to build a knowledge base.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Experience in scripting and coding in Java for automation and integration.
3. Solid understanding of Azure cloud services (Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, Security).
4. Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) deployment is a plus.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
6. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
7. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
8. Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Developer) are advantageous.
