JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Services (IT RAC) (System Architect (Software/Data/Database) I) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as State of North Carolina (NCDPC) | North Carolina Department of Administration – Division of Purchase & Contract (P&C) Generally Located In OCONUS - Goldsboro, NC 27530 and across the CONUS - Southeastern United States (USA) Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The ProSidian Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting System Architect (Software/Data/Database) I Designs and implements technical architectures for procurement and IT systems, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability.

Desired Qualifications For Cloud Subject Matter Expert | Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting [NCDPC0025024] Candidates:

• Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Eight (8) years of experience as a software developer or systems analyst.
• Professional-level certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect or other applicable).

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Professional-level certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certified Solutions Architect Expert, or GCP Certified Professional Cloud Architect or other.
• Five (5) years working in cloud computer platforms.
• Has a demonstrated ability.

Competencies Required

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe). Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Business Tools – understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
