Qualifications

• Pursuing BS degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Familiar with SRE principles and cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred).
• Familiar with web technologies and DevOps monitoring tools.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently or in a team.
• Eager to learn, adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and operational support skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to ensure system reliability, scalability, and uptime.
• Assist incident response and root cause analysis to improve resilience.
• Help monitor and maintain cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and technical discussions; provide suggestions.
• Engage in automation and continuous process improvement cycles.
• Work with senior team members on assigned tasks.
