Job Summary

Requires high-level administration experience in creating device groups, basic packages, application packages, and rules. Proficiency in managing SOTI infrastructure on Windows Embedded CE and Android platforms is essential. The role involves supporting SOTI MobiControl infrastructure for factory and POS handheld devices across Windows Mobile, Windows CE, Windows Embedded Handheld, and Android.

Responsibilities

• Administer device groups, packages, and rules within SOTI MobiControl.
• Manage SOTI infrastructure for Windows Embedded CE and Android devices.
• Support and develop CAB files for certificates in Windows Embedded Handheld.
• Knowledge of wireless networking, ActiveSync, Certificate Services, LDAP is essential.
• Implement, integrate, and manage MDM, MAM, MCM security modules.
• Understand Active Directory and Android for Enterprise technologies.
• Experience with SOTI MobiControl in medium to large enterprise environments, including installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting for approximately 3500 devices.
• Handle rugged devices for healthcare environments, including Android and Windows platforms.
• Manage CAB files, APK files, EXE files, and Citrix on Windows.
• Manage SOTI MobiControl versions 14.x and above, including migration from earlier versions.
• Implement on-premises and cloud EMM solutions.
• Manage Android Enterprise devices and security, application/content management on Android and iOS.
• Expertise in Windows and Android OS device management and Android Enterprise management.
• Knowledge of application packaging, deployment, and API automation.
• Use ticketing tools like Remedy and ServiceNow.
• Enable express enrollment via barcode or NFC Bump with SOTI stage.
• Integrate with OEM enrollment solutions like Honeywell EZConfig.
• Provision devices using profiles and packages based on user roles or locations.

This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and applicable plans.
