Job summary

Oracle is seeking a highly technical Cloud Solutions Engineer in the United States (Honolulu, Hawaii) to lead complex engineering engagements across OCI customers. You will blend cloud architecture with technical leadership and program management to drive production adoption and deliver customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Cloud architecture, infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems.
• OCI or another major public cloud platform.
• Driving complex technical programs spanning customers, engineering, partners, and delivery organizations.
• Enterprise migration or modernization workloads.
• Working with Product Engineering on product gaps, roadmap dependencies, escalations, and new capabilities.
• Managing technical milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Communicating complex technical programs clearly to both engineering and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical initiatives from architecture and planning through production adoption.
• Translate customer priorities into clear technical plans with milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Understand architectures deeply enough to identify technical risks, challenge assumptions, and help teams determine the right path forward.
• Coordinate customer engineering teams, systems integrators, Oracle delivery services, and OCI engineering around a common execution plan.
• Drive technical evaluations, migrations, modernization efforts, and new workload adoption.
• Maintain clear ownership and accountability for engineering commitments.
• Provide concise reporting to technical and executive stakeholders.
