Job summary

Oracle is seeking a highly technical Cloud Solutions Engineer to drive complex engineering engagements across OCI customers. This role blends cloud architecture, leadership, and technical program management to coordinate across customers, OCI Product Engineering, partners, and delivery services.

The candidate will engage architectures with credibility, drive dependencies and milestones, and ensure delivery of customer outcomes through structured execution and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud architectures and large-scale distributed systems.
• Ability to drive complex technical programs spanning customers, engineering, partners, and delivery organizations.
• Experience translating business priorities into technical plans with milestones and owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical initiatives from architecture and planning through production adoption.
• Translate customer priorities into clear technical plans with milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Understand architectures deeply to identify risks and guide teams on the right path forward.
• Coordinate customer engineering teams, systems integrators, Oracle delivery services, and OCI engineering around a common execution plan.
• Drive technical evaluations, migrations, modernization efforts, and new workload adoption.
