Responsibilities

• Design and implement new cloud solutions to enhance cloud infrastructure operations.
• Review, improve, and approve architectural modifications following change management procedures.
• Install and configure application components of solutions.
• Address complex issues related to application and server performance.
• Manage Windows Server 2019, Windows Desktop, Red Hat Linux, and Oracle Linux environments.
• Oversee scheduled maintenance across servers, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Work with SharePoint and VMWare platforms.
• Handle change control submissions for maintenance activities.
• Ensure security compliance per state and federal policies, including centralized logging and access controls.
• Validate and support disaster recovery plans for server and application components.
• Design and execute identity management strategies for enterprise environments.
• Proactively monitor applications and troubleshoot issues.
• Support 24/7 production environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of System Administration experience with Windows and Unix systems.
• 4+ years of Azure Administration, including services like AKS, App Service, ADF, Key Vault, and networking.
• 4+ years of Linux systems administration and security experience.
• Experience troubleshooting network, Linux, software, and hardware issues.
• Proficiency in application and database connectivity troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of scripting and automation experience with Python, PowerShell, or Perl; Microsoft AZ-104 certification.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, and GitHub.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications like AZ-500, AZ-204, AZ-305.
• Experience with service level agreement reporting and proactive application monitoring.
• Open IAM, ITSM/SaaS experience.
• Healthcare or financial PHI/PII data protection expertise.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53 Security Controls.
• Excellent communication skills and documentation experience.

Additional Details

The salary range is $106,800 to $194,200 annually, based on experience and location. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, incentives, stock options, and 401k plans. This role is remote within the U.S. and adheres to the company's telecommuting policies.
