What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and architect hosting solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Leverage SAFE Agile practices to enhance business operations
- Oversee projects or processes that span multiple technical areas
- Create integrated solutions and workflows to streamline onboarding processes
- Communicate effectively with internal and external team members, including vendors and subcontractors
What is Required (Qualifications)
- U.S. citizenship required with the ability to obtain security clearance as needed
- Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6-10 years of experience; Doctorate in a technical domain is also acceptable
- Experience as a Solution Architect with enterprise-grade cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google)
- At least one professional-level certification in AWS or Azure
- Strong foundational knowledge of technology concepts, including cloud operating models, networking, and security
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate/Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional certification
- Azure Solution Architect Expert certification or Google Cloud Architect Professional certification
- Familiarity with SAFe or other Agile methodologies for work planning/documentation
- Experience in an ITIL environment
- Working knowledge of observability tools such as Splunk or PowerBI
