Overview

TECHNAMO is a niche, young & dynamic IT service provider, VA SWaM certified, Microsoft Cloud Certified Partner, focused on providing IT Solutions & Services to government and commercial companies. Technamo is a Tier-I Contractor to provide IT Services to Virginia govt. agencies (70+ entities) and contracted to provide services to state govt. New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Delaware and Maryland govt. agencies.

Engagement Length

9 months

Services are expected to start on 11/15/2021 and are expected to complete by 08/31/2022. Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 1 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.

Notes

Work Hours: Candidate must be available to work 8 to 5 Central Standard Time. Alternative work hours must be pre-approved by the Direct Supervisor.

Onsite Requirement: Candidate will be working remotely since most contractors are teleworking. Onsite work will be very limited and must be pre-approved by the Direct Supervisor.

Support Requirement: Candidate may be required to provide support to an on-call programmer.

Candidates must be submitted with their legal name that match their Driver’s License/ID Card or US Government document.

Administrative

The Awarded Vendor and Contractor will be required to furnish and adhere to the following:

  • Terms and Conditions: If selected, the vendor shall be required to sign and adhere to the CPA’s Additional T&Cs. The contractor shall be required to sign several security documents and also adhere to CPA’s Additional T&Cs.
  • Background Check: Proof/Receipt that a finger-print based background check has been performed and passed
  • Picture ID (Government): Copy of a state Driver’s License/ID Card or US Government photo id.
  • COVID-19 Notification: Onsite instructions for contractors and vendors

The selected contractor(s) will be required to come in person to the LBJ Building to obtain CPA equipment, badge and initial assignments. CPA will not pay or reimburse travel expenses.

Summary of duties

The Candidate will perform highly advanced design and development work as part of a project team with direction and guidance from Project Manager, Applications Services Management, and CPA NetSuite Lead Architect. The Candidate must have strong hands-on technical experience with SuiteCommerce Advanced development and proven success architecting, developing and implementing NetSuite technical solutions for a large organization. The worker will also work with junior level NetSuite developers and must be able to provide detailed instruction and documentation for development tasks and efforts to facilitate knowledge transfer and training on project work.

CPA will require the Worker to work on the following initiatives and will perform advanced analysis/programming tasks such as:

  • Creating a search interface against NetSuite’s API to lookup custom records
  • Implementing custom roles within the customer center to allow different access levels
  • Creating custom pages in SuiteCommerce Advanced to display filtered sets of custom record data to users and provide an interface for the user to update this custom record data

Must be able to:

  • work with Business Customers, Section Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in a professional and collaborative manner to define strategies and implementation approaches.
  • work with the Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence and Data Administration Teams in a professional and collaborative manner to ensure that data models comply with organizational standards.
  • prepare all required artifacts accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • develop processes and procedures for BI/DW infrastructure.
  • work independently in a team environment with local and remote teams
  • perform related work as assigned

Must possess:

  • strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • knowledge of project management methodologies both traditional and Agile/Scrum problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary
