Job summary

Kastech Software Solutions Group is seeking high-caliber Cloud Solution Architects who combine strong technical depth with executive presence and customer-facing leadership to design, adopt, and optimize modern cloud solutions. Candidates can specialize in Azure, Microsoft 365 (M365), Dynamics 365, or another Microsoft technology area.

Leadership in one domain plus collaboration across adjacent technologies is preferred; industry-specific experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Microsoft Cloud Solution Architect (CSA).
• Experience in Microsoft Customer Success (CSS) organizations is highly valued.
• Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator are preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise cloud adoption, transformation, or modernization.
• Experience with Microsoft partners or large-scale cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into scalable Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions, workshops, and executive-level presentations.
• Develop cloud strategies, migration roadmaps, and modernization plans.
• Provide technical leadership through discovery, design, and adoption.

Role Overview

We are looking for high-caliber Cloud Solution Architects who combine strong technical depth, executive presence, and customer-facing leadership to help customers design, adopt, and optimize modern cloud solutions.

Candidates can specialize in Azure, Microsoft 365 (M365), Dynamics 365, or another Microsoft technology area. Candidates are not expected to be experts across all Microsoft technologies; strong expertise in one primary technology domain, along with the ability to collaborate across adjacent technologies, is preferred.

Industry-specific experience is not required. Prior experience with Microsoft CSA (Cloud Solution Architect), Customer Success, or CSS (Customer Success/Services) organizations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Understand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions, technical workshops, solution design sessions, and executive-level presentations.
• Develop and present cloud architecture strategies, migration roadmaps, modernization plans, and solution recommendations.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the customer lifecycle, from discovery and design through implementation and adoption.
• Drive cloud adoption, consumption, modernization, and customer success initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, account teams, engineering, delivery, and partner organizations to develop customer solutions.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Influence senior customer stakeholders and establish strong, trusted relationships.
• Stay current with Microsoft cloud technologies, architecture patterns, security, AI, and emerging capabilities.
