Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications and services.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and IaC using CloudFormation or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical SME in cloud-native software, cloud platforms, DevOps, and IaC.
• Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems using languages such as Python, Java, C++, or Ruby.
• Apply software engineering best practices for high-quality, maintainable code.
• Build and maintain AWS solutions (S3, RDS, EC2, ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS) using CloudFormation and related IaC tools.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and Jenkins; containerize workloads using Docker and Ansible.
• Use open-source technologies and systems engineering practices to design and implement cloud solutions.
• Identify and resolve cloud infra, deployment, and performance issues; propose scalability and cost improvements.
• Ensure cloud solutions align with customer best practices and governance standards.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to gather requirements and provide cloud support.
• Design, integrate, and maintain web services and RESTful APIs for interoperability.
