Job summary

Health Wealth Safe in Maryland is seeking a Cloud Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain complex software systems involving analytics, algorithms, real-time capabilities, and data management. You will review and test components, apply suitable development methodologies, and contribute to design decisions about hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS products.

The role also supports Help Desk tickets via JIRA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma with 20 years of relevant experience.
• An associate’s degree with 15 years.
• A bachelor’s degree with 12+ years.
• Proficiency in React, JavaScript, Git/Gitlab, CI/CD, Helm, Kubectl, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Preferred skills include Flux (FluxCD), OAuth2 Proxy, Jira, and Confluence.
• A current active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems (analytics, algorithms, real-time systems, data management).
• Review and test software components and use appropriate development methodologies.
• Contribute to system design decisions, including hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS products.
• Provide Help Desk support and handle tickets via JIRA.
