Job summary

The Toro Company is offering a 2027 Summer Internship Program in Maryland for computer science students to gain hands-on experience with robotics and cloud-enabled IoT projects. Interns will participate in team Scrum meetings, develop bug fixes, test components, and learn from senior developers while exploring cloud services and IoT principles.

The program runs May 17 to August 6, 2027. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be available May 17 through August 6,

Job description

The 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027. Candidates must be available to start on May 17 and participate through the duration of the program.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of a school/employment or any other visa, regardless of expiration date, now or in the future.

The Cloud Software and Infrastructure team focuses on cross-product functionality and solution connectivity.

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

• College junior or senior majoring in Computer Science, or related areas of focus
• Passion for collaborating with other junior and senior developers
• Interest in exploring Cloud services and IoT communication principles
