Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience designing and supporting cloud-based technical services in AWS, Azure, and M365.
2+ years leveraging data unification tools such as Fabric, Dataverse, etc.
2+ years leveraging power tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
Capacity to prioritize, complete, and resolve issues in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, engineer, deploy and support services for the Allspring technical community.
Enable other teams to leverage your services for their own use or as components of other services.
Manage the Tech User Services incident and service request queues ensuring timely resolution.
Manage the Tech User Services on call schedule and respond to escalated incidents.
Comply with Change Management and InfoSec policies.
