Job summary

CloudWave Healthcare IT Solutions is looking for a Cloud Service Administrator I responsible for supporting and resolving customer calls and requests related to the OpSus Cloud. You will ensure timely communication and resolution of issues while monitoring systems and managing customer interactions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Information Management or Computer Science, along with experience in Microsoft and Linux Operating Systems and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in supporting a combination of Microsoft and Linux Operating Systems.
• Desktop support experience with physical or virtual desktop technologies.
• Experience in executing periodic systems patching and updates.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for customer calls and self-service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer and systems issues.
• Monitor infrastructure and ensure resolution to alerts.
