What You’ll Do:

1. Design and implement cloud security controls for multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
2. Support threat modeling and risk assessments for cloud-based applications
3. Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
4. Configure and monitor identity and access management (IAM) policies
5. Assist in incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives (e.g., CIS, NIST, FedRAMP)
6. Leverage cloud-native and third-party tools to detect and remediate security gaps

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud security or related information security roles
2. Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
3. Strong understanding of IAM, networking, and encryption in the cloud
4. Familiarity with Cloud Workload Protection Platforms (CWPP) or similar tools
5. Knowledge of regulatory standards and security frameworks (CIS, NIST, FedRAMP, ISO 27001)
6. Scripting or automation experience (Python, Terraform, Bash, etc.)
7. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team environment

Preferred (Not Required):

1. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer)
2. Experience with container security (Kubernetes, Docker)
3. Experience with SIEM tools and cloud security posture management (CSPM) platforms
