Job summary

Provider Resources, Inc. (PRI) is seeking a Cloud Security Operations Engineer to own the operational security backbone of a federally certified IDRE and IRO.

You will manage access, incident response, PHI safeguards, backup and recovery, vendor risk, and authentication security to meet CMS and URAC examinations. In this hands-on role, you will serve as first responder for security incidents, administer MFA/SSO, supervise vendor risk, and design security monitoring platforms, while ensuring the

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT security/identity management experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA Security Rule and PHI safeguards.
• Backup/DR testing with documented recovery procedures.
• Experience administering MFA/SSO and enterprise password policies (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Okta).
• Experience running incident response processes with documentation and escalation.
• Experience in vendor onboarding and oversight of security programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first responder for security incidents, containing and documenting per Incident Response Plan.
• Administer technical safeguards protecting from external and insider threats.
• Own backup integrity and disaster recovery testing against defined recovery targets.
• Vet and monitor vendors touching PRI systems or data, maintain vendor risk register.
• Administer password policy, MFA, and SSO; investigate anomalous login activity.
• Design and implement information security monitoring platforms on an ongoing basis.
• MSSP day-to-day implementation and ownership.
