Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SOC management and incident response.
• 3+ years experience using and administering a full spectrum of SOC tools including SIEM (Splunk), IR tools, forensics tools, logging & monitoring tools.
• Experience with cloud security operations tools such as RASP and CSPM tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Lenovo Cloud Product SOC and coordinate 24x7 security monitoring and defense of Lenovo Cloud Products.
• Manage technical delivery and continual process and procedure improvement to drive operational excellence.
• Develop workflows and integration points across Lenovo Security Teams.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors and partners to ensure effective operational delivery of services.
• Supervise the development of detection use cases based on available log sources.
• Write and publish after‑action reviews.
• Ensure cybersecurity-enabled products reduce identified risk to an acceptable level.
• Perform security reviews and identify security gaps in security architecture.
