Job summary

AWS is seeking a Systems Development Engineer to join the Cryptography and Identity systems team in Seattle. You will work with internal and external customers to execute projects, resolve issues, and improve operations in a dev-ops style environment.

This role requires ownership mentality and a drive to continually improve processes. The team builds massively scalable distributed security systems and supports customers with sensitive secrets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional) required.
• Experience programming with modern languages such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby.
• 2+ years of designing or architecting systems (design patterns, reliability and scaling).
• Knowledge of networking, security, databases, operating systems.
