You will work at the intersection of security risk, automation, and AI‑driven capabilities to protect Vanguard and its clients while enabling technology teams. This is a growth-focused leadership role within a dynamic security program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in cloud security engineering or related field.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and prior team-building track record.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud security principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Cloud Security Posture Management team.
• Oversee cloud security assessment to protect multi-cloud assets.
• Infuse AI into security operations and detection capabilities.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, Architecture, and SOC to implement shift-left security.
• Coordinate implementation of cloud security controls and remediation processes.
• Define and monitor metrics, KPIs, and OKRs for the program.
