Vanguard is seeking a Cloud Security Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for cloud security controls and misconfiguration management across Vanguard’s multi-cloud infrastructure.

You will drive security at the intersection of risk, automation, and emerging AI capabilities, shaping the future of cloud security while enabling technology teams to work securely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience leading cloud security teams.
• Experience in cloud security engineering across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and secure software delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multiple levels of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Cloud Security Posture Management team with mentorship and performance management.
• Oversee cloud security controls and misconfiguration management across multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Infuse AI into preventative and detective security capabilities and team operations.
• Partner with Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, Architecture, SOC, and other stakeholders to implement shift-left security practices.
