The role focuses on improving security across cloud environments, partnering with engineering to address risk and driving security automation.

The ideal candidate has a strong blend of leadership, cloud security expertise, and operational execution, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading security teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong cloud security posture management across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience embedding security in DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to define and track security metrics and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evolve a cloud security program across multiple cloud providers.
• Partner with platform engineering, DevSecOps, security operations, and architecture teams to embed security early in development.
• Drive security automation and scalable controls to reduce risk.
• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing security team.
