Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC is a service-disabled veteran owned IT consulting and management firm serving DoD and IC clients. We seek a hands-on security engineer to evaluate documentation, assess compliance, and implement cloud security architectures across on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will work with leaders to codify objectives into doctrine, develop risk-based strategies, and advise on security tooling, RMF, and Agile workflows while maintaining high standards of cyber defense.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on cloud experience securing environments.
• Experience with RMF and Agile development environments.
• Ability to obtain DoD CSSP-IS certifications within 30 days.
• DoD 8570 IAT III readiness within 45 days.
• IaC concepts: Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and support IA/compliance for IT systems.
• Define desired state and risk thresholds with leadership.
• Advise on doctrine, procedures, and security tooling.
• Evaluate applications for software assurance best practices.
• Implement cloud security architectures across environments.
• Collaborate with IC clients to meet security requirements.
