Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with BNY, invites you to join as a Cloud Support Engineer. This on-site role is based in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL.

You will operate FedRAMP High cloud infrastructure, manage Azure identity and access, monitor logs, respond to incidents, and coordinate with vendors to uphold security and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in CS/IT and 6–10 years of experience with Azure security, identity, logging, and incident handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience securing FedRAMP High environments on Azure.
• Strong Azure identity, access, logging, and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize FedRAMP High cloud infrastructure, monitor, patch, and back up.
• Manage Azure identity, access, and Just-in-Time access controls.
• Triage Azure incidents and coordinate incident response activities.
• Coordinate third-party providers and ensure policy compliance.
• Produce clear runbooks and oversight documentation.
