Job summary

National Carwash Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Security Cloud Engineer to implement, operate, and mature security controls across our cloud environment (Azure, AWS) and enterprise SaaS platforms.

You will lead security integration for acquisitions and partner with DevOps to embed security into the SDLC, ensuring safeguards for AI initiatives and data protection while aligning with NIST and PCI-DSS requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with security focus and enterprise systems experience.
• 3+ years in dedicated cybersecurity role securing production workloads in cloud.
• Experience translating control requirements into deployed, measurable security controls.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security services on Azure or AWS (IAM, logging, encryption).
• Experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD security tooling.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF and PCI-DSS compliance and audit processes.
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security controls across Azure and AWS per enterprise framework.
• Operate CSPM/CNAPP, guardrails, policy-as-code and automated compliance checks.
• Operate cloud security services like Defender for Cloud, GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail.
• Lead security for acquisitions and integration including identity consolidation.
• Secure CI/CD pipelines with SAST/DAST, secrets scanning, SBOM generation.
• Provide threat intel, detection engineering, and incident response coordination.
