Job summary

IPI Technolab is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to design and implement security architectures that protect applications, infrastructure, data, identities, and cloud environments. You will develop enterprise security architecture and standards, design secure cloud and application architectures, and conduct security architecture reviews.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of cybersecurity/IT experience.
• Strong cloud security and enterprise security architecture knowledge.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP security.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, OWASP, or similar frameworks.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise security architecture and standards.
• Design secure cloud and application architectures.
• Conduct security architecture reviews.
• Identify security risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Implement Zero Trust and defense-in-depth principles.
• Design IAM, authentication, authorization, encryption, and network security solutions.
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams.
• Support vulnerability management and threat modeling.
• Define security controls for applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Support compliance initiatives and security audits.
• Review third-party technologies and security integrations.
• Develop security architecture documentation and guidelines.
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.
