Job summary

SES Corporation seeks a Cloud Security Architect to support the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Architecture across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. The role focuses on secure cloud design, RMF/ATO readiness, and continuous monitoring in a multi-cloud environment for a critical USAF mission.

The position is hybrid remote with on-site presence near Hanscom AFB in Boston, MA. Candidates should have a Secret clearance or ability to obtain one and experience with DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related experience required.
• Experience with OCI, cloud platforms, and multi-cloud architectures.
• Security clearances: Interim Secret or active Secret; U.S. citizenship.
• Certifications: Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2/2).
• Proven ability to design secure cloud solutions and RMF/ATO processes.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
• Lead development efforts and mentor junior staff on security architecture.
• Create documentation for RMF, ATO, IATT, and continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate with government Cyber & technical teams to meet ATO conditions.
• Support automated control validation and real-time PoAM management.
• Prepare technical briefs and regularly update stakeholders.
