Job summary

Adage Digital Ltd is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to protect our applications, cloud infrastructure and data. You will collaborate with the development team and management to identify risks, implement controls and respond to threats.

You will monitor systems, perform vulnerability testing, review configurations, lead incident response, and ensure compliance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• Experience securing applications, cloud infra and internal systems.
• Ability to identify risks and implement controls.
• Familiarity with UK GDPR and ISO 27001 controls.
• Experience leading incident response and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems, networks and cloud environments for threats.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate tests.
• Review code and cloud configurations for security weaknesses.
• Develop security policies and access controls.
• Lead incident response and post-incident learning.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and security frameworks.
• Manage user access, MFA, encryption, and backups.
• Assess third-party security and vendor risk.
• Train staff on security awareness and safe data handling.
• Report risks and improvements to senior management.
