Job summary

AGE Solutions is seeking a Cloud SCA-R, Mid to join our cybersecurity team in support of a DoD risk management program. You will perform analysis, validations, and ConMon for authorized CSPs and CSOs, contributing to DoD PA processes and CSO assessments.

On-site at Ft. Meade, MD, you will review SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms, SAPs, and other documentation, prepare Cloud Security Assessment Packages, and work with eMASS/GRC tools to log results and ensure compliance with RMF and SRG requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred).
• 5 years of cybersecurity or network security experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• DoD 8570 IAM/IA Technical (IAT) Level II certification.
• Knowledge of RMF and DoDI 8510.01.
• Familiarity with DoD SRG and cloud policies.
• Experience with Azure and AWS security controls.
• Proficient in developing security documentation (SSP/SAR/POA&M/SAP).
• Proficiency with eMASS or equivalent GRC tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity assessments and validations of Cloud Service Offerings for DoD risk management.
• Prepare 30 Cloud Security Assessment Packages per year with validated controls and residual risk statements.
• Review CSP documentation: SSPs, RARs, SAPs, SARs.
• Evaluate POA&Ms, Change Requests, Deviation Requests, and ConMon artifacts.
• Attend technical kickoff meetings to assess CSP security posture.
• Analyze assessment documentation and provide feedback on controls and architecture.
• Document operational impact of security authorizations and vulnerabilities.
• Create authorization recommendation memorandums and DoD PA memos.
• Validate CSO controls in eMASS and log assessments in MSR.
• Maintain CRM mappings and ensure correct inheritance in eMASS.
