Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Reliability Engineer to enhance system availability, resiliency, and performance across cloud platforms. The role emphasizes automation, observability, and reliability governance, with collaboration across onsite and offshore teams.

Ideal candidates will have Terraform and Datadog experience, strong incident management skills, and a track record in CI/CD and release reliability. This position may involve relocation and travel to client sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; Infosys cannot sponsor now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support SLI/SLOs and reliability KPIs; drive availability and performance improvements.
• Define and implement policy-as-code and automation for infrastructure.
• Coordinate deployments, DR readiness, and post-deployment testing to ensure stability.
• Develop and maintain documentation; coordinate with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams.
