Job summary

Concept Plus is a mission-focused technology solutions provider serving federal agencies from Fairfax, VA. We seek a QA tester to design and execute tests across AWS infrastructure, Drupal content, and accessibility compliance, ensuring secure, scalable deployments.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of QA/testing experience, hands-on AWS testing, Selenium automation, and knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA and FedRAMP-aligned processes. Join a collaborative, dynamic team delivering impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of QA/testing experience with hands-on AWS testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or similar automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of Drupal 9/10 architecture and content structure.
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans validating AWS infrastructure components.
• Perform load and performance testing to ensure the app handles government-user traffic.
• Test failover, backup, and disaster recovery configurations.
• Test security and configuration against compliance requirements.
• Monitor and test CI/CD deployments to AWS and run smoke tests.
• Document defects and risks using Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Test Drupal pages against approved design specs.
• Test accessibility WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
• Validate content migration to consolidated IA.
• Verify USWDS components (e.g., Ready Reserve) display correctly.
• Support regression testing after Drupal core/module updates.
