Job summary

Rollins, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud Services roadmap, operations, and continuous improvement. You will manage a team of O365/Azure engineers, own security and governance, and partner with CyberSecurity and architecture teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, architecture standards, incident response, and cost management to ensure high availability and business alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, including licensing and subscriptions.
• 5+ years of people management in an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of financial acumen managing spend and analytics for cloud platforms.
• Strong identity, access management, security, networking, and cloud operations expertise.
• Experience leading cloud transformations or large-scale migrations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of O365 and Azure engineers and administrators.
• Own health, security, and roadmap for Microsoft 365 services and Azure platform.
• Establish architecture, standards, and policies for cloud platforms.
• Oversee incident management, DR/BC, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Partner with security, architecture, and applications teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage subscriptions, networking, cost optimization, and identity integrations.
• Drive cost management and governance while maintaining service quality.
