Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of engineering experience in Azure, Entra ID, or enterprise cloud identity.
• 1–2+ years of technical leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong background in cloud platform governance and automation.
• Strong Azure platform engineering and governance knowledge.
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, identity lifecycle, Conditional Access, and authentication frameworks.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Graph API, and cloud automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Cloud Engineering Leadership: lead and develop Azure, Entra ID, and cloud identity engineers; manage workload and performance.
• Azure Platform Engineering: oversee subscriptions, resource groups, landing zone; implement RBAC and policies; monitor cost and security.
• Entra ID & Hybrid Identity Engineering: direct identity services, lifecycle, and governance; hybrid identity integration.
• M365 Tenant Governance: manage global settings, compliance standards, licensing enablement.
• Governance, Security and Compliance: enforce cloud governance; ensure cyber and regulatory compliance; maintain runbooks and SOPs.
• Automation & Optimization: drive automation with PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Functions; improve reliability.
