Job summary

IBM Consulting in Baton Rouge is seeking a Technical Consultant to advance cloud platform engineering. You will apply compute concepts, virtualization, containers, and OS knowledge to design and operate cloud solutions.

Experience with GCP, AWS, and Azure and their AI/ML services is required. You will work with Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini, and ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow to develop and deploy AI-powered platforms and optimize model workflows.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cloud platform engineering for enterprise environments.
Ability to design, deploy, and optimize AI-powered cloud solutions.
Familiarity with cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and platform architectures.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate understanding of compute concepts, virtualization, containers, OS, and system administration.
Show experience with GCP, AWS, and Azure and their AI/ML services.
Develop and deploy ML models and generate AI solutions.
Support integration and architecture of cloud platform services across offerings.
Help build and maintain a new skill taxonomy.
