Job summary

SonarSource is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to design and develop cloud‑based solutions with massively scalable services in AWS. You will automate operations, measure service quality, and help developers move faster while collaborating across global hubs.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in AWS, IaC, and programming with Python/Java/C#, plus scripting (Bash) and Agile/DevOps experience. Relocation support and in‑office collaboration are available at Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with architecting, developing, and operating cloud solutions on AWS for Web/API applications.
• Knowledge of AWS networking and the core AWS services: CloudFront, CloudWatch, ECS, Lambda, RDS, SNS, SQS.
• Proficiency in IaC with tools such as AWS CDK (preferred), CloudFormation or Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Experience with Python, Java, or C#; and scripting with Bash.
• Experience with on‑call for operating global services.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Strong DevOps mindset.
