Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate production releases, including release processes and validations.
• Maintain platform reliability through monitoring, logging, and observability improvements.
• Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and production support teams to resolve platform issues.
• Support cloud migrations and modernization efforts across AWS and on-prem workloads.
• Understand portals architecture, microservices, and integration points for informed decisions.
• Perform code changes when needed to support infrastructure or compliance initiatives.
