DevOps Engineer, Mid at Booz Allen seeks to develop, manage, and secure a container platform leveraging cloud capabilities. You will build container management software, ensure secure containerization, and support clients with modern CI/CD and orchestration across AWS cloud environments.

The role emphasizes operating within an agile environment, applying IaC practices, and advancing security and scalability of cloud platforms to drive mission-forward outcomes.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience with AWS Cloud building and supporting DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• 3+ years of experience with containerization, building images, and orchestrating deployments in Kubernetes or EKS.
• 3+ years of experience with infrastructure-as-code environments, including automated server or network configurations, large‑scale software deployments, or monitoring and testing.
• 2+ years of experience developing custom applications and supporting them in a production environment.
• Experience supporting an agile environment.
• Knowledge of container networking, monitoring, and storage solutions.
• Knowledge of container security technologies and evaluating, mitigating, or resolving vulnerability findings.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire date.

• Develop container management software to solve clients’ toughest challenges.
• Inform strategy and design while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process.
• Support continuous improvement of the DevOps platform and cloud environments.
