Oracle is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team responsible for cloud infrastructure operations, disaster recovery environments, and enterprise healthcare technology solutions. The role focuses on OCI environments, Cerner Millennium, and CareAware integrations, with direct client engagement and weekly DR review meetings.

The position combines people leadership with hands-on operations, network provisioning, and incident resolution.

Formación

• Experience in IT operations and infrastructure management.
• Experience leading operations professionals.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with OCI or comparable enterprise cloud.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Experience using Jira for project tracking.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of approximately 8 operations associates, including coaching and development.
• Coordinate DR infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and ongoing support.
• Lead weekly client DR review meetings and provide status reports and risk assessments.
• Oversee OCI provisioning, network configuration requests, and environment readiness.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, virtualization, DevOps, and application teams to meet DR requirements.
• Maintain accurate DR environment documentation and operational runbooks.
• Coordinate disaster recovery planning for Oracle Health solutions including Cerner Millennium and CareAware.
