Job summary

Druva is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to support, maintain, and scale cloud infrastructure in a FedRAMP-certified environment. You will work with AWS/Azure, containerized apps, and observability tooling to deliver reliable, highly available services for our customers.

Responsibilities include deployments, incident response, and automation development. A federal-ready candidate with security clearance is highly valued.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of related cloud operations experience or an advanced degree.
Proficiency in AWS and Azure services.
Experience with containerized applications (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker).
Experience with observability/monitoring (Grafana, OpenSearch).
Experience with a SIEM application.
Familiar with one programming language (Python or Go).
In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Usage of Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL) deployments and patching.
U.S. citizenship for Federal engagements; security clearance a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure; perform Friday deployments and patches.
Support AWS and Azure services; collaborate with DevOps, support and QA.
Develop IaC and automation scripts for testing and deployment.
