Job summary

Intone Inc. is seeking a Cloud Operations Manager for a 12-month contract role, remotely in the United States. The role focuses on managing cloud infrastructure, platforms, and operations at scale.

You will oversee cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes environments, and IaC with Terraform/Ansible, while supporting CI/CD and production incidents. Monitoring with Datadog/Splunk/Prometheus and ITIL-based processes will be essential to drive reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong understanding of cloud operations, incident management, and production support.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.

  • Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments
  • Exposure to leading operational initiatives or coordinating global support teams
  • Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
