Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience
• 4+ years of recent Cloud IT Operations or Cloud Engineering experience
• Hands-on knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Advanced experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Scripting and automation with Python and/or PowerShell
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, monitoring, security, access controls, governance, and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise cloud environments
• Experience using AI tools for cloud automation, operational analysis, troubleshooting, and efficiency improvements
• Experience with cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments (healthcare)

Responsibilities
