Brillio in Seattle seeks a Site Reliability and Network Infrastructure Engineer to own the critical networking layer supporting enterprise apps. You will manage routing and security services, including Nginx, Istio, CloudFront, Route 53, and HAProxy, to ensure scalable, reliable connectivity across multi-cloud environments.

You will authenticate requests, evolve edge/internal networks, and collaborate with platform teams to scale Kubernetes workloads while maintaining low latency and high

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/CE.
• 5+ years in software or systems engineering focused on networking.
• Hands-on experience with Istio, HAProxy, Nginx.
• Experience with cloud networking services (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with DNS, load balancers and security practices.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with senior engineers to scale and maintain the networking stack (Nginx, Istio, HAProxy) using IaC.
• Manage global traffic routing and DNS via Route 53 and CloudFront.
• Implement secure authentication/authorization for incoming requests.
• Optimize load balancing and latency for containerized workloads.
• Use monitoring/observability tools to ensure network health and incidents.
• Partner with application teams to support Kubernetes compute needs.
