Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager in Cyber Security Architecture to lead the design and delivery of cloud, network, identity, and workload security for complex enterprise clients in the United States. You will drive security architecture across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, implement CNAPP and SASE, and guide container security and modern security platforms.

You will coordinate with business and technology teams, mentor engineers, and influence vendor selections while ensuring governance and risk

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical field such as Computer Science or Cyber Security.
• 6+ years in cloud, network, or identity security with increasing leadership.
• 4+ years of CNAPP, SASE, or enterprise firewall experience (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Wiz, Snyk, SentinelOne).
• 4+ years in container security and workload protection (Docker, Kubernetes).
• 4+ years experience with one or more cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and native tools.
• 4+ years working with cloud security guardrails for major CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• 6+ years in design/architecture of enterprise stacks (VPNs, CDN, load balancers, SASE).
• 6+ years in enterprise environments using CSP platforms and security toolsets.
• 4+ years governance, risk, or compliance initiatives with common frameworks.
• 3+ years leading client workshops and influencing tool/architecture decisions.
• 3+ years delivering security solutions in large environments with multiple stakeholders.
• 3+ years managing technical teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of cloud, network, identity, and workload security for enterprise clients.
• Guide security architecture across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud using native and enterprise tools.
• Design scalable security architectures including CNAPP, SASE, firewalls, VPNs, CDN, and guardrails.
• Direct container and workload protection across Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments.
• Lead implementations of Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Wiz, Snyk, SentinelOne and similar technologies.
• Facilitate client workshops to assess requirements, compare vendors, shape designs, and enable decisions.
• Advise on security strategies aligned to use cases, risk, and success criteria.
• Apply governance, risk, and compliance principles to support cloud adoption.
• Manage teams, budgets, delivery quality, client relationships, and project finances.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and executive presentations.
• Coach team members and promote best practices.
