Global Business Ser. 4u in Lexington, KY seeks a senior DevSecOps-focused architect to oversee the design and implementation of division-wide application and data systems.

You will collaborate with PMs, developers, and business analysts to shape architecture for new applications while advancing DevSecOps and Zero Trust practices. You will design, review, and standardize data structures, advise on database performance tuning, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualificações

• 5 years' experience in DevSecOps application development.
• 5 years' experience designing cloud native systems and services on a Kubernetes platform.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security model and secure, regulatory compliant solutions.
• Experience designing shared common services and applications is required.
• Familiarity with IT systems for tax filing, processing, and administration is a plus.
• Familiarity with IRS Publication 1075 and NIST 800-53 requirements is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Division's application and system development implementation design efforts.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts for design and architecture of new applications.
• Provide recommendations for updating and upgrading existing databases and data.
• Ensure adherence to DevSecOps and Zero Trust methodologies.
• Design and update end-to-end systems using modern coding standards in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Standardize system design and data structures for all systems supported by DOR.
• Make recommendations to improve data import and export processes.
• Review database structures when applications are created or enhanced.
• Provide guidance to teams on database performance tuning and normalization.
• Mentor junior developers and database administrators.
• Manage multiple tasks and initiatives concurrently.
