The Trident team at NetApp is seeking a talented software engineer who thrives as part of a high-performing software development team. As an engineer with a passion for writing high-quality code, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of major features for our containerized storage solution. You will be driving innovation, learning new skills, and contributing to open-source software. You will be a team player and a problem solver. You will promote software engineering best practices. You will work with a cross-functional team to identify and prioritize initiatives to solve complex problems.
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 2 years of experience, a Master’s Degree; or equivalent experience is typically required.
The target salary range for this position is 113,050 - 168,300 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
